Taylor Made Dreams continue to make dreams come true virtually with 73 Media.
The impact of Covid-19 has been felt far and wide, and none more so than by the charities who have seen fundraising drop having a negative impact on the valuable work they carry out.
Taylor Made Dreams, a charity enabling children with life limiting illnesses to achieve their dreams, is one charity that has felt the impact at the heart of what they do.
Children the charity supports write a ‘bucket list’ of the things they would like to experience and the people they would like to meet, and Taylor Made Dreams grant those wishes. Throughout 2020 the impact of the pandemic has heartbreakingly, meant many of these planned experiences and meetings could not take place, due to restrictions and additional care for patients.
However, the work of Taylor Made Dreams has not stopped and in 2021 the charity has partnered with 73 Media who will help deliver virtual experiences and dreams come true, creating everlasting memories for the children and families the charity supports.
“Having 73 Media select Taylor Made Dreams as their chosen charity partner for 2021 was incredible, the company has already delivered a priceless surprise to one of our brave children and we have more experiences planned for more children in the near future. In these very challenging times, partnering with a highly reputable company such as 73 Media is invaluable, it provides us with a golden opportunity to deliver our work; 73 Media have gone above and beyond to help us to fulfil the bucket list wishes for children with illness all across the South East of England who wish to meet their heroes whilst maintaining a safe social distance via a special video link experience.”

In their first virtual experience, Taylor Made Dreams and 73 Media surprised 13-year-old Theo – who is a huge fan of space, to a one on one chat with Air Vice Marshall Harvey Smyth, Director of Space UK.
“Theo was overwhelmed and delighted to meet the living legend, AIr Vice Marshall Harvey Smyth, being an avid space fan, Theo took the opportunity to ask several educated questions, afterwards Harvey said “I’d happily have her on my team!” ”

“We are delighted and incredibly humbled to be able to help Taylor Made Dreams continue delivering amazing moments for the children they support. 2020 has made us all have to think and do things slightly differently, and this is just another small example of that which will have a huge impact for this charity and the children and families they support. We are honoured to be a part of it.”
