Ed Tranter

Managing Director

An award-winning event organiser with over 25 years’ experience in exhibitions, conferences, awards and corporate events. He has travelled the world for his work, visiting 44 countries and managing events on 5 continents. Ed is a regular conference speaker, Awards judge and AEO Board member.

Ed is married with three children, 7 chickens, 3 hamsters, 2 rats, 2 budgies and a dog…he likes animals…he also has been known to play the guitar (badly) and watch the occasional rugby match.


Ali Brathwaite

Marketing Director

With over 18 years in event marketing from large international exhibitions, conferences, one day summits, awards and charity events, Ali brings a breadth of experience and creativity to the team.

Mum to a 5 year old, wife to a footballer, Ali loves a bit of yoga and playing netball.


Mattie Bradbury

Event Manager

With 6 years' event management experience in large scale exhibitions, conferences, award ceremonies and dinners both in person and online, Mattie has a wide range of experience to pull any event together.


In her spare time, Mattie can be found meditating or on walks in the countryside.


Samantha Hamlin

Conference Programme Manager

With over ten years of experience in managing events and creating content for international festivals, large-scale conferences, and Fortune 500 companies around the world, together with a fine arts degree specialising in creating immersive experiences, Sam has a unique skill set and a true passion for the industry. 


Sam has two fluffy Chow Chows, runs a creative magazine on the side and loves a documentary or podcast! 


Ed Wyre

Operations Director 

The devil is in the detail, and with 12 years experience in running event operations on large scale exhibitions, conferences and awards both in the UK and overseas, Ed ensures no stone is left unturned when it comes to execution. Versatile too, in a previous role Ed held the position of portfolio director overseeing all event functions on multiple major exhibitions, and was shortlisted for Best Event Director at the EN Awards 2018. 

Married with a baby daughter and a cocker spaniel, Ed can be found enjoying the countryside either on long walks with the family or at reckless speeds (downhill) on his mountain bike.


Danté-Valentine Cargill

Creative Director

A highly-skilled, motivated and experienced Designer working within the fast-paced media and publication industry. A proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service to reputable clients in sectors of the industry as diverse as creative publishing and event exhibitions.

In his spare time you will either find Danté tending to his fish or experimenting in the kitchen with exotic recipes.


Xander Jones

Multi-Media Specialist

His large and varied skillset, combined with his energy and passion for film drive his dedication to create engaging and successful video content.

In his spare time Xander enjoys drawing, photography and watching a lot of films.


George Riddick

Business Development Executive

'A seasoned consultant with experience in domains ranging from the third sector to pitching multi conglomerates in the finance world. 


A keen swimmer, meditator as well as being passionate about entrepreneurship, business and big ideas!


Also, a lover of all things alpaca.'



Chief Morale Officer

Though he hasn’t been with the team long he has already made a big impact. As well as his important morale role, he is also our chief greeter, so you’re guaranteed a warm welcome when you come to the office.
