The impact of Covid-19 has meant that in-person events are currently on hold. However, this does not mean the end to communities gathering, learning, sharing advice, networking or celebrating.
We can work with you to develop an online event to meet your needs, your audience's needs and your sponsor’s needs. From conception through to production 73 Media deliver online events to engage and connect your audience.
Case Studies

Emerging Payments Association
The Emerging Payments Association Awards is an established Annual Awards Ceremony which was due to take place in Nov in a London venue bringing the payments sector together to celebrate the
year’s achievements. Due to Covid and restrictions the EPA took the event online.
73 Media produced a virtual awards ceremony to meet the outlined objectives. Becoming an extension of the EPA team, 73 Media oversaw the project from end to end taking the led on event production, management and logistics.
The event took place on 26 th November and was broadcast live.
Working with Silverstream and Aztec Services, 73 Media produced a high quality Awards ceremony, which including Sara Pascoe as host,
special guests, sponsored ad breaks and live shortlist and winner announcements on screen.
“Having run a very successful -and award winning- industry awards for a number of years, following the impact of COViD, a traditional in-person event just wasn’t possible. We partnered with 73 Media to deliver an online only awards, and they delivered an incredible event for our community. Working as an extension of our own team, they helped develop a truly innovative programme; seamless delivery, entertaining and engaging content and fantastic networking opportunities, we were delighted with the end result. 73 Media were a fantastic partner and I would recommend them to any association or event organiser. Their attention to detail, project management and onsite delivery was world class.”

PEA Awards
The P.E.A Awards 2020 (People. Environment. Achievement) is an annual awards ceremony celebrating the pioneers working towards a more sustainable future – in sectors ranging from energy, money, vehicles, health and the arts.
2020 saw the 10 th Anniversary of the Awards go online, as a result of Covid restrictions. 73 Media became an extension of the P.E.A team to manage and produce the Virtual event managing the production and delivery of the Awards ceremony from start to finish.
Kicking off with the VIP drinks reception, where guests who had received a VIP goodie bag in advance, were treated to a virtual at home mixologist class with renowned cocktail maker Pritesh
Mody (Sunday Brunch).
The event also featured a feast for the seasons led by the amazing team at Lick me I’m Delicious and a brilliant session from mind-bending mentalist Maddox (Britain’s Got Talent) – these elements
really created a sense of occasion and a fantastic virtual experience for attendees, taking this way beyond simply watching an awards ceremony online.
The 2.5 hour event was run from our studio in Tunbridge Wells and welcomed guests from around the world to tune in and enjoy the awards and, all important after party!
“Working with the team at 73 media was inspiring. Having to transition from a physical event, which had been producing as a live event for the last 10 years, to a completely virtual event, was quite a challenge. My live event director and I were thoroughly put at peace after an hour’s consultation with Ed Tranter and Ed Wyre at 73 Media.
Not only did the guys explain what was possible and how it would be best to do, they also came up with unique and creative ideas, that built on our own ideas and took them to the next level.
The guys were a joy to work with, extremely professional and on top of every aspect of the pre, during and post event organisation. Our audience were happy and all sponsors have signed up for whatever 2021 will bring, perhaps a hybrid event who knows! We will absolutely work with 73 Media again and again, they were an absolute pleasure and a dream to work with. Well done and thank you.”

“73 Media were great to work with. Their whole team brought a lot of enthusiasm and time to our event. They helped to put our speakers at ease in the pre-event tech run-throughs and put together two impactful videos showcasing the young people we work with and our supporters. On the day they handled the tech and were available for everything we needed”
Ashley McCaul, CEO, ThinkForward
