The CCMA appointed 73 Media to run their annual European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards as a Virtual Event.

The Awards ceremony was broadcast live to over 2000 attendees who had access into 140 individual rooms (virtual awards table)

73 Media pre recorded winners, presenters and judges, managed the high end production and managed the live broadcast.
